G-1041A | Genealogy Records Request | Form Fee: The fee for a copy from microfilm is $20 per request. The fee for a copy of a hard copy file is $35 per request.
I-90 | Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card | Form Fee: The fee is $450, which includes a $365 form fee and $85 biometric services fee. There are several exceptions; see the table under “Special Instructions” for more detail.
I-129F | Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) | Form Fee: $340. (There is no fee for petitions for K-3 status based on an immigrant petition filed by the same U.S. citizen.)

I-589 | Application for Asylum and Withholding of Removal | Form Fee: $0 (Biometrics services may be required at no cost.)
I-600 | Petition to Classify Orphan as an Immediate Relative | Form Fee: The filing fee for Form I-600 is $720 for each petition, unless the children are birth siblings.  There is no fee if you are filing based on an approved Form I-600A that is still valid or a pending Form I-600A. – A biometric services fee of $85 is required for each adult member of the household, unless previous fingerprint clearances are still valid or the individuals are eligible for a one-time, no-fee re-fingerprinting. USCIS will inform a person residing abroad if he or she must pay a USCIS biometric services fee.
I-600A | Application for Advance Processing of an Orphan Petition | Form Fee: The filing fee for Form I-600A is $720. An additional biometric services fee of $85 is required for each adult member of the household. USCIS will inform a person residing abroad if he or she must pay a USCIS biometric services fee.
I-601A | Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver | Form Fee: The fee is $585. If you are younger than 79, you must also pay $85 for biometric services.
I-687 | Application for Status as a Temporary Resident Under Section 245A of the Immigration and Nationality Act | Form Fee:$1,130. (An $85 fee per applicant over 14 years of age for biometrics services may be required. See form instructions.)
I-693 | Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record | Form Fee: $0. Note that USCIS does not regulate fees charged by civil surgeons for medical examinations. Fees may vary by physician.
I-698 | Application to Adjust Status from Temporary to Permanent Resident (Under Section 245A of the INA) | Form Fee: $1,020, regardless of when filed. (An $85 per applicant fee for biometrics may be required – unless under 14 years of age or older than 79 years of age.)
I-751 | Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence | Form Fee: $505. (Add $85 biometric fee for a total of $590, where applicable. See the form instructions for payment details.)
I-765 | Application for Employment Authorization | Form Fee: The filing fee for Form I-765 is $380. If you request consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals, category (c)(33), you must also pay an $85 biometric services fee for a total of $465. There is no biometric services fee for any other employment category. Some filing types are fee exempt. See the form instructions for more information.
I-800 | Petition to Classify Convention Adoptee as an Immediate Relative | Form Fee: No fee is required for the first Form I-800 filed for a child on the basis of an approved Form I-800A. If more than one Form I-800 is filed during the approval period for different children, the fee is $720 for the second and each subsequent Form I-800. However, if the children are siblings before the proposed adoption, no additional filing fee is required.
I-800A | Application for Determination of Suitability to Adopt a Child from a Convention Country | Form Fee: $720. (An $85 fee for biometrics is required for the applicant – and spouse, if any. Additionally, an $85 fee for biometrics is required for each person 18 years of age or older who is living with the applicant. See form instructions for additional details.)
I-817 | Application for Family Unity Benefits | Form Fee: $435. (An $85 per person fee for biometric services is required if you are 14 years of age or older.)
I-821 | Application for Temporary Protected Status | Form Fee: First-time TPS applicants must submit a $50 fee for Form I-821. There is no Form I-821 fee for re-registration. Persons 14 years of age or older must also file an $85 fee for biometric services. For additional details, please refer to the Federal Register notice for your country or to the TPS Web page.
I-821D | Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals | Form Fee: The total fee for Forms I-821D, I-765 and the I-765WS is $465. This fee includes a $380 fee for Form I-765 and an $85 biometric services fee.
I-829 | Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions | Form Fee: $3,750. (Add $85 biometric fee for a total of $3,835. An additional biometric services fee of $85 must be paid for each conditional resident dependent, listed under Part 3 or Part 4 of Form I-829. See the form instructions for additional details.)
I-864 | Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act | Form Fee: There is no fee when filed with USCIS or abroad with the Department of State (DOS). DOS does charge a fee when this form is filed in the U.S. For more information, please see the Special Instructions.
I-864EZ | Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act | Form Fee: Although USCIS does not charge a fee for this form, the Department of State does charge a fee when the Affidavit of Support is reviewed domestically. This does not apply when the Affidavit of Support is filed abroad.

N-400 | Application for Naturalization | Form Fee: $595 (Add $85 biometric fee for a total of $680, where applicable.  See exceptions below.)  You must make your check payable to Department of Homeland Security.  Fees are accepted in the form of money order, personal check or cashier’s check only. USCIS will reject your Form N-400 if you submit the incorrect fee.  In such a case, USCIS will return any filing fee you submitted with your Form N-400.Exceptions in which the applicant is not required to pay the entire $680:Applicants 75 years of age or older are not charged a biometric fee, the total fee is $595.No fee is required for military applicants filing under Section 328 and 329 of the INA
